Montana Retina Consultants is committed to providing you with quality care. As a patient of ours, if you are not covered by any of the above carriers, you are financially responsible for all medical services, and payment in full for services will be due at the conclusion of your visit. We would be happy to bill your non-participating insurance carrier for you upon presentation of your insurance cards. We will provide you with a copy of your coded bill that can be submitted to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. We accept Cash, Checks, Debit Cards, MasterCard, and Visa.
You can also pay for our services with your Health Spending Account, Health Reimbursement Account or Flex Plan dollars. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Our office is happy to discuss our professional fees with you at any time.
We accept all patients, regardless of their medical insurance coverage. Our fees are very reasonable.
The majority of insurance companies reimburse Out-of-provider charges at more than 60%. We encourage you to contact your insurance company before your visit for further information, so that you fully understand your particular policy as it pertains to Out-of-Network visits.
